Your glass is beautiful. I liked the handkerchief vases best and the Eclipse.

Thanks for writing. I have always loved Siamese - they are so soft and cuddly, they're beautiful and friendly to a fault. Their raspy little meows sound so cute. One of my cats was a tabby point Siamese - blue eyes and all. She was such a sweet cat. Right now I have two elderly cats who were rescued. One is an orange tabby with little striping - looks almost like an Abyssinian. The other has longer hair and is light tan with white. Right now Burbank is getting 80 degree weather and high humidity. At least it isn't up to triple digit heat and there haven't been any brush fires for the past year. The Station fire 2 years ago was so widespread and did a lot of damage.

Hi There! I have been meaning to write to you for a bit now. My last message was short and rather abrupt, as I was checking out ICHC at work and the boss walked in and was in a rather bad mood. I meant no offense and certainly did not mean to sound rude. Thanks for your interest in my glass. I do have links to it under my profile, but I am also on facebook as M. Smith Art & Design. Hope you are doing well and enjoying the summer! I just noticed that you are a Siamese fan. I had 3, and I miss them terribly! My oldest boy was Opium and his younger half-siblings were Ying and Yang. They were some of the sweetest cats I have ever had. Opium was a true mama's boy and followed me everywhere. He was a blue point and won a few ribbons as a household pet in some local cat shows. The youger two were seal points. I never showed them as they were just not the personality to hang around & be admired all day - they preferred tp play and chase my dogs around!

Why not post some of your glass art on Cheezeburger. I would like to see it.

Dogs are so nice and they can be the best security system. My sister's friend raises huskies and samoyeds for show dogs. Do you live near Amish country?

It's nice to meet you! I don't raise malamutes, but I am the "mom" of one. His name is Lakota, Coty for short, and he is my shadow when I am home. I find that when I come here, I enjoy what I like and ignore the rest. Like you, I won't tolerate any form of cruelty to animals or children, or any other truly helpless/defenseless being. I guess I'm at an age where I have learned that not everyone shares the same likes/dislikes/humor, etc, and that's just fine by me. Besides, I'd rather spend my time & energy on positive things like art, friends, family (not necessarily in that order!)

Thank you for friending me. It's good to communicate with someone who isn't easily offended. I just ignore X rated humor, but won't tolerate cruelty to animals. Bathroom humor is my guilty pleasure and so is celeb humor. Do you raise Malamutes?

Thank you for the friend request. And thaks for favoriting my latest - it's kind of controversial, and I almost did not post it. It's nice to meet you!
