Delay of the Day: Apple Loses New Earbuds Ahead of Schedule, Postpones Release

The joke of the tech world for the last month has been "how long will it take for you to lose Apple's new, completely wireless AirPod earbuds?" Well, it looks like Apple lost them sooner than we expected. "Early response to AirPods has been incredible," Apple said in a statement released yesterday. "We don't believe in shipping a product before it's ready, and we need a little more time before AirPods are ready for our customers." The company has not announced a new release date.
