Russian Photographer Captures Young Ballet's Two Passion, Dancing And Dogs

Andrey Seliverstov is a 59 year old photographer from St. Petersburg, Russia. The talented photographer was able to capture and create enchanting photos of man's best dancing partner. Canines.

Andrey was able to capture the scenes of a 9 year old ballet dancer, Maria Palkina, and her furry canine friends.
The talented youngster is accompanied by her 4 legged friends and they can also be seen leaping though the air, mimicking their ballet star.

Andrey said " It's not an easy task to photograph both children and dogs."
Andrey who has been photographing dogs separately for the last 20 years though it might be a challenge this time around. Especially with a child so young. He was so inspired by famous artists such as the works of Elena Shumilova and C. Murray who shoot similar scenes, and became interesting in 'kids and dogs themes'.

Luckily Maria was more than willing to make the photoshoot more easy. And after seeing how the photos turned out, she was thrilled! Saying " I was so lucky to be part of this interesting project by a talented photographer... It was one of the best photo sessions, Andrey was able to show the two things I couldn't live without, dancing and dogs."
