From The Archives: For the second of his six "one-year perfomances," noted performance artist Tehching Hsieh took a photo of himself every hour on the hour every day from April 11, 1980 to April 11, 1981.
Hsieh shaved his head just prior to the start of the "performance," using his hair growth and a time clock to illustrate the passage of time.
