Best-Laid Plans of the Day [UPDATED]

Shell recently staged a launch event at the top of Seattle's Space Needle, complete with a 3-foot-high scale model of an Arctic drilling rig that was fashioned to pour drinks. Problem is, "pour" turned out to be the operative word.

Too bad the malfunction didn't occur at a BP shindig...

UPDATE: Alas, it's all a hoax. Oh, well. Still funny.
