Today is former President George H.W. Bush's 88th birthday, and to celebrate, he sat for a reflective interview with his granddaughter Jenna Bush-Hager, a correspondent for NBC's Today show.
She calls him out for pretending not to hear when it's convenient for him, then they talk sockwear and his roles in politics, family, and the military.
Also, there are lots of tears. Apparently, these two are the family criers.
"You did say you're not scared about death at all, but do you think about it?" Bush-Hager asked.
"Yeah, I do," Bush said. "Wonder what it's like."
