Shrove Tuesday, aka Pancake Day is always 47 days before Easter Sunday. Why you ask? Well, people have to use up non-Lent friendly ingredients before Lent starts, and pancakes are a great way to do that. Before Christianity was around, there was a pagan festival celebrating the turn of the seasons during which people ate pancakes, which symbolized the sun, to help bring on the spring and inherit the powers of the sun. Whatever the reason, I'm always looking for an excuse to have pancakes. But why stick with regular ones when you could have super cute Pokémon pancakes? Check out the video to see how they're made.
