Russian scientists are investigating an unidentified metallic object, described as resembling "a large dustbin," which reportedly fell from the sky near the Siberian village of Otradensky on Sunday night.

Experts have been unable to determine how the round chunk of metal, about six feet in diameter, landed in Siberia, but they have confirmed that it is neither a rocket nor a
