Earlier this week, startup expert and angel investor Brad Feld purchased a home in Kansas City, although he doesn't plan to live in it. The Google Fiber-enabled home is Feld's latest project to help build the city's startup community through a residency program that will bring five budding entrepreneurs to live and work in the house rent-free for a year. Applications can be submitted online through March 22 and will be judged on their innovative potential by Feld himself, Scott Case of the Startup America Partnership, David Cohen of TechStars and Lesa Mitchell of the Kauffman Foundation.
