11-year-old David Williams told off members of the Dallas City Council for being rude to their constituents last week after asking how to keep children safe in schools without arming teachers with dangerous weapons. The council members seemed to be distracted by other matters, prompting the young boy to ask "Do you feel it is acceptable for City Council members to be up and walking while their constituents are addressing them?" David was subsequently asked by reporters if he wished to join the city council in the future, to which he replied he would rather be President of the United States.
