Are you tired of boring old ice cream that you can only see with the light on? Have you always wondered why you couldn't eat your tasty frozen treat and create a radiant glow at the same time? Well a company in Europe can say, "Problem solved," with its newly invented glow-in-the-dark ice cream. Synthesized jellyfish luminescence is used in the ice cream's recipe (sounds tasty, right?) to give off its unique effect. This gleaming ice cream comes at a cost. Company founder, Charlie Harry Francis reports that, because of the high expense of the ice cream's special ingredient, one scoop could could cost up to $220.
