Newly Discovered Weevil Named After Star Wars Wookiee Character

The completely flightless Weevil, a type of beetle, was discovered in Papua New Guinea this week. The scales stood out to the discoverers as listed in their report, and 'reminded the authors of Chewbacca's dense fur.'
