I teach kindergarten. We do calendar every morning, and for the weather I send 2 kids outside to "brave the elements" then report the forecast. This one little boy began to cry when I didn't pick him. I asked him what the problem was and he stated that he has never seen an elephant and that I never call on him to brave the elephants.
