The easiest thing is for you to find patterns you like and send me the link so I can look and be sure they're doable for me - I only do crochet (no knitting). I will then tell you what yarn is needed and you can order it online from Michael's Crafts or JoAnn's or from of the yarn vendors (such as Lion Brand, Caron, Red Heart, etc) and have it shipped to me c/o my husband's work address (I do that because someone is always there to receive and sign for it). He brings it to me. You and I can decide together what the fee will be for my work. Example - a shawl usually takes about 4-6 hours to make, unless it's really complicated,; an afghan takes from 8-10 hours to make unless it's complicated. I will give you an estimate of the hours needed once I see the pattern you've chosen. Have you thought of fingerless gloves? I have Reynaud's too and they help me a lot. There are also many crochet patterns out there for those and that would be really cheap. Most skeins of wool in the US come in 3.5 ounce weight. We can talk more details later. Happy St. Paddy's!!
