I've been iffy here because nothing I do seems to go to voting. But now that I'm settled in my life (it seems!) and my cats will be here next week, I think I can return to the things I used to enjoy.

I picked up a spray bend of valerian, orange blossom, and lavender to mist the air around my bed before I go to sleep. That seems to help ease me past the toss and turn of bad dreams into a deeper unconsciousness.
