how ya been mr. david? been ok, here. glad to hear that everything is ok between you & wifey. everything is ok, right? me & my hubby just had 2 year wedding anniversary on 12/22. i think i kinda screwed myself as far as presents go, 3 days b4 x-mas?!? what was i thinking? lol. did you guys have good holidays? i've been devoting every minute to the baby. when i'm not busy w/ him, i'm cooking or cleaning. haven't had much time for computer. i'm lucky if i can find the time/energy/privacy to go to the bathroom, much less anything else. lol. well it was good to hear from you. ttys. don't be drinkin' that hater-ade. no jk... i had 4 kids this past weekend. it was actually kinda nice. i got the boys to do the dishes on saturday. sound trivial? sry, is big deal round here, considering i couldn't even get them to say thnx when i spent 6 hours in 3 days cooking. that was a few weekes ago. but i made them a deal. (jim beam was behind me all da way, & he gave me courage.) i told the boys," since i cook, you clean." it was easier than i thought it would be. at any rate, how you been? is everything goin better w/ you & the mrs'? hope so. miss you bunch. And I love a good doughnut...but no more. Just found out I'm diabetic, so although I often choose to see the doughnut not the hole, I can't eat the damn thing! It is a tough job market just about everywhere. I won't even try to look until January at the earliest. However, keep in mind that I'm not the parent of 4 children so it's easier for me to have a different attitude or sense of urgency. I keep my fingers crossed for you! Have a great day!
Sorry about the university job. *sad face* Feel free to worry on my shoulder any time. We can compare notes about what we worry about. It's such a tough time for so many of us. I may hate my job but am I ever glad I have one! I know a woman who has been out of work for close to 6 months and she is supremely talented and has experience in many things. Even here in Houston it's hard to find a job...and hard economic times almost always seem to hit here last or at least not as hard. Sending you prayers, positive thoughts, and juju for a great job! And remember: "The optimist sees the doughnut; the pessimist sees the hole." Go for the doughnut. :-)

Well, mine wasn't as exciting as your (happy b'day to the princess!) but I spent part of Saturday with a group of friends and Sunday I went to see my daughter and son-in-law and grandson. That's always a good thing! Have a wonderful day!
