Yeah, I mean, seagulls don't seem very smart but you'd think they wouldn't fly right into the side of a car. Of course maybe he had dust in his eye? Great pic though!

BTW, the pic of the seagull dust on the car was taken last Sunday. It's my mom's car. Weirdest thing, ever.

Thats really cool (that you're an author) I didn't make the connection with your avatar pic... HEY! Just saw your book is on Amazon. Oooo, I might ask you for some advice in the future regarding the publishing industry in general. I'm actually pursuing a writing career myself right now. *laughs* Of course I picked the one area of writing where money and success are the most elusive: poetry. Well, I write everything really but especially screenplays too, ones I'd like to direct some day. I mean, its about time that cyborgs were better represented in the film industry.

I've done some database work and testing years ago, but my programming was in .html; again, some time ago. Now I'm a writer and novelist. So, my "coding" consists of posting continuous bits of the English language out there for consumption by the general populace. And being a computer-illiterate cyborg is a perfectly acceptable existence.

Well, I'm sure the memebase community will take it in stride. So your into programming then maybe? That's cool. For a cyborg I must confess I'm surprisingly computer ignorant.

Yeah, the collectibles are fun, but I can see the problem that might exist from the database having to support the coding, much less the ongoing creativity required. So, outside of favoriting and friending people on here, some interactions will cease, I'm afraid.

Kind of sad the collectibles thing is being canceled. I was just getting into it. And it seems like such a good idea (i.e. to promote social interaction among the Memebase community)
