Yep, bugs are definitely a pain in the arse! I really loved buying clothes for my great niece when she was first born - especially the little tiny shoes. The only bad part was that her mother told everyone the baby's clothes had to be red, black and/or gray. Those would be the little one's "colors" and anything we bought for her - clothes, toys, whatever - had to be in those colors. Whoever heard of such a thing??!! She sticks to that to this day. I think the woman has a screw loose or something. I can't wait for the day the little one tells her she wants something in pink, or blue.

Lol ah the bugs just add to the misery don’t they! Looking forward to them leaving so I don’t get bitten on the butt so much ! Lol,yep still trying to get my head around being a granny but looking forward to meeting her you forget how tiny they are as newborns her big fur brother Leo is going to be surprised to meet her he curls up beside bump at the minute. Nice they will grow up together. I think he’s a year in February and a real comedian!

Oh how lovely is that! Can’t beat homemade honey bees are such great little critters ! Been battling the weeds I seriously need help too much to get it under control but that ain’t happening so you just keep at it if only I could work a bit faster pml!

Thanks paws we are so thankful that he’s doing well it’s been a rough few years so proud of how he handled hope things now go well for him he needs a break. Glad you got some work done in the yard! It’s a full time job out there in ours! Pic up on face book it’s the cover pic! Xx

Thanks paws he’s doing well! Gets regular check ups but the transplant seems to have worked thanks to the donor ..so grateful he is hoping to get back to his studying in September waiting to hear from uni.. he will travel up and down as most of the digs are not in good enough states for him to live in while he continues to heal.. wow glad you got away from the ivy! It’s been good weather lately so did more painting lol it’s a wall at the side of the house and it’s gone from magnolia to sky blue it’s very bright.. at first I was oh crap but it’s growing on me have to give it another coat and got bits and pieces to hang on it it’s radical!

Ah know what you mean about the planting the smell and the feel of the earth is hard to beat! Finished up the painting for now back to the weed lifting they seem to grow over night and stick their tounges out at you! Yes it’s great that Lexi hasn’t too much longer to go she’s well organised already with things put aside and starting to decorate a nursery they have a young cat called Leo he’s a funny little thing cute little face loves to explore and always climbing up for hugs to the both. He curls up beside the bump so cute!

Lol oh boy yup the moss goes nuts here as well! Finished the wall clearing onto this years painting everything is now a light minty green I like it better then the damson before it’s more cheery. Haven’t asked about the spelling yet but I will get Aidan on his own and either beg for keeva or get hi to write out the spelling so I can practice pml! Lexi has just been diagnosed with gestational diabetes which is a bummer means extra appointments and a good chance of a bigger baby perhaps induced a few weeks early but they are monitoring her well and she is looking good has the pregnancy glow.. I think in my time it was more growl than glow! Love cedars too by the way! We have one across the road I. The church grounds and it’s really old and elegant

Lol ah I am the same re weed killer but I’m sure would make life easier it’s blurdy hard work! Was right there in the river this afternoon scrubbing moss of the side of a partial stone wall.. it looks better for it tomorrow should finish operations river blitz !

It’s still pretty cold here but supposed to warm up was in the river weeding the banks the past few days looks better for it well for a few days anyway! Xx

Ah it’s hard going! The diabetic nurse said a bit of chocolate was ok but I think I stretch the bit gah! Bs running high cos of sinus infection atm . I need t be moe like chuck and behave! It’s getting out of bad habits of comfort eating. If I make th effort it’s worth it and on the plus side about four stone lighter pml

Such a lovely time of year! It’s great to see isn’t it! The birds are shoving moss into the box. Love to have a camera in there to watch them built up the nest it’s so cool how they do it so perfectly . If I get any pics will show you but they are fast lol! Yikes paws Storm season there is no fun stay safe we had a windy day here and the seed thingies from the trees have chucked all over the show you just can’t beat nature need a giant vac
