Well, you sure have your hands full...as usual. I'm glad that when the budget music stopped you had a chair to sit in. It seems jobs are all too precarious anymore. And those addictions of food, shelter and clothing just never seem to go away. I hope things slow down enough for you to enjoy the holidays. My life is simple right now as looking after the folks is my sole concern. It really is fun to have a list of things that have my mom all bothered and I just work through the list and make things easier for her. looking after Dad is a full time job for her so anything I can do to lighten her load is a big deal. Have a great holiday!

The folks are hosting Christmas this year but I'll be cooking a couple prime ribs to feed the troops. Are you ready for the holidays?Things can get so hectic this time of year.I just finished a video for the folks. Dad's memory is getting worse all the time and he no longer can conjure the wonderful things we've done over the years. I decided that he should at least know that we kids haven't forgotten anything so that's where the video comes into play. I have either video or audio from all my siblings and many of the grandkids telling stories of things we've either done with the folks or lessons we learned from them. If I had just the audio I put together slideshows of family photos to support the stories. I burned a dvd so the folks can watch it anytime. How's the work situation? There were budget concerns last time we traded messages. Have you had any luck getting more of your art into galleries? The Oregon real estate hunt remains an intellectual exercise. I'm learning more about the markets up there and the various neighborhoods. The most fun development came as a result of a chat I had with my best friend. I shared my Oregon plan and explained my reasoning. I shared the links for my research with him. He's done some looking himself now. I think maybe the seed has been planted where he might move up there as well. I would love that.

Ohai . FORM LETTER FOLLOWS: For five-plus years I have not added friends and I know I will regret changing course for all the reasons I've given in the past, but here goes: welcome. Of the 160 pending requests I had as of 24 July, I'm going to add a few.
