Just typical stuff... The estimated number of attendees, the guest speakers... The "Who, what, where and when type report. What is very special is the Marine Corps Band begins playing each military branches anthem and all Veterans are asked to stand when their anthem is played, so they recognize those who served regardless of when, the the fly over... Last year the Space shuttle also did a fly over due to FL weather, so we had an extra special day with the extra sonic booms from re-entry. Happy Hump Day to you :)

The 9-11 freedom walk is a special day with a few guest speakers, Marine Corps Band, fly over, salute to all branches of military service and veterans, so it has become a local news event. My wife went back to our car for her water bottle and while I was sitting and awaiting her return a photographer was taking pics of people in attendance... I watched a little cub scout walking with his Mother, holding hands, him all spiffy in his cub scout uniform which made me smile... Snap! It was in the news paper the next day. :) Just timing, being in the right place at the right time I suppose. DAYTONA 500!!! Woopie :)

Yes, neutering is manditory at our shelters. Thanks, that's me at the 9-11 Freedom walk at the Reagan Presidential Library from two years ago. I'm going thru others to see if one may be better, but this one was taken by a news photographer, so finding one better may be tough. :)
So, have you named your new rescue? You could upload a picture and have the ICHC folks offer names... Might be fun! Hey a 3 day weekend starts today... Happy TGIF :)
No worries, no stress as it's all for fun. I have no "expectations" for you to fulfill, so as life and time allows. I have NASCAR today, so busy too, not as neat as a new pup, but good luck with training and bonding :)
