Ohhh you dig astronomy? I have a friend who gave me his late wife's 'scope, and wants to build a little observatory in his front yard. We saw the 2017 eclipse in Nebraska with fellows who had scopes. My father was an aerospace engineer (designer of components for Apollo project in the '60s) and encouraged my brother and me in the sciences big time.
