Texting and Driving ban fail

The New Zealand government has banned text messaging while driving because it distracts drivers because their eyes are looking at the cellphone and not the road. But the New Zealand government itself funds street signs for drivers to look at which is distracting because the driver's eyes are not looking at the road.
