Oh yes, it's absolutely free, my friend! I can't wait to check your new site(s) out, so please let me know when they're available. It's really simple too. You'll first need to 'create' a site using your MY SITES button under your MY STUFF. This will also provide you with a URL that you can pass along to friends, etc. From then on, the buttons to add whatever material you like (including gifs, etc.) will appear next to all the LOLz, site wide! Everything is just a click away! When you create multiple sites - no worries; it's as simple if you have one or 20, thanks to a drop down menu, which will appear under your ADD TO MY SITE buttons. Forgive me if I over-explained, as you probably know all this and more! I'm not so quick with the tech stuff, so I tend to overdo it.(BTW, I've never seen anything on this site that involved a fee of any sort - with the exception of the "store"). I'm excited to visit your sites! HUGS~

it IZ free- under "My Stuff" tab when u click it, iz yr LOLs, yr pics, yr videos, and "my sites". click dat and then on the right side iz a tab dat says "create a new site" then you pick a name for yr site, a URL (sumfingsumfing.cheezburger.com) and pick if you want to start out with uploading one pic or using a whole collection from yr favz. after that, u can always add more one at a time, and the option to add a lol directly to yr site should be an option above every LOL. you can make lottsa sites- I have 5 so far.
