We moved in 2010 to my family's property and playing Little House on the Prairie - but with animals ?? My sweet girl we were talking about previously got married last year! She and her bride were both so beautiful in their gowns! And it's legal, they got a marriage license and all that. I love Megan, she's such a sweet young woman. You're right. I've always loved Megan and I would hate to lose her too - I just don't want to make things harder on her right now. She's talking about moving away to a state where she can legally marry her partner, Cat. With her mom dead now, I could lose touch with her very easily. She's in a play next week at school (college) and I plan to go. Wanda used to always take her flowers on opening night. Should I take her some?

She is so precious to me, I watched her grow up and always considered her as one of my "grrls". Now I don't know what to do. Her mom was my best friend. Am I making it harder on her to want to be around her now or is it comforting for her? I love her so much and don't want to add to her pain in any way. What should I do?

I called her daughter Wednesday to check on her. She's 20 and I adore her. I tried so hard to sound casual and cool, "So how are you doing? Do you need anything from me? You know I love you." and I couldn't pull it off without choking up. I don't know which one of us was trying harder not to make the other cry : (

So how are you an the girls? Ya'll doing anything exciting this weekend? Mark is going to Austin for a gaming convention - not the computer kind, the history/little men on maps kind - so I'm critter sitting. I don't mind being alone with them but I am still adjusting to my friend's recent death. I was thinking about calling her and asking her out for dinner Friday or Saturday night, then I remember she's not going to answer the phone when I call. It still stings.

Thanks sweetie! I'm staying up late at night worrying about Kellie. It's killing me not to know if she is alive or dead or worse. Before she got a car she used to walk & hitchhike everywhere. She's ridiculously trusting - whereas I see evil everywhere! Anyway... I called the Austin police dept and Texas EquuSearch and the case is still active and the search is still in full swing - just have to wait now and WAITING is so hard! *hugs and kisses* T
