Just saw (EDd) asking wally01 about shelter for outside cats. My sister-in-law just made some shelters from coolers she got at garage sales with a hole cut out one side and put pillows in them for warmth. She said on really cold days, she'll take an old sock filled with rice to microwave and put under each pillow to add heat.
