Sweetie, don't try to be anything. Just move along at your own pace and let the healing come as it will. You know how they say what doesn't kill us makes us stronger? Just think, after this, you're superhuman. Someday, hopefully sooner than later, you'll reach the place where the memories bring more smiles than tears. You'll get there. Another personal favor? I'm trying to help a friend who lost her husband last May to a tragic household accident; right now she's mired in the belief that starting to feel better is somehow disloyal to him. That's a traumatic process and I know u won't be able to fully get fully past ur loss this until it is resolved but so important for u and other patients that they be held to account. We're going down to Bend Fri the 10th for a week. So looking forward to seeing everyone. Cody and the kids are living in our house down there and got internet for our house down there so I will be connected :) Since Cody has to work and the kids are in school I'll be able to putte her for part of the day. In case I don't see u -again tonite sweet dreemz til the next time dear fren.

She continues to be on my prayer wheel when I spn it every night before I hit the pillow :) U not helpless, just ur being there is the biggest thing u can do. I put in my collectie order in my lasr msg - we're kinda crossing msgs :)
Hai! Wasn't just me - u have some wonderful frens. I just started the ball rolling :) I am glad u can be supportive to ur fren. When one is going through that, the help and caring of frens is so important to maintaining a positive attitude which helps the body fight back. I don't know how long her chemo is scheduled to last, but it does get harder towards the end of the treatment course cuz chemo is punishing to the body and ur fren will really need u then.Hope ur classes will be interesting - I know they will be hard :) What is ur timeline for completion of school? Also, when u get a chance, I can use some more of ur collecties to hael fill a new fren who is also fairly new to the site so needs a lot . But I have over 50 now stored away to give her so it's going good thanks to all my nice frens' help.

There's no doubt that being left behind is one of the hardest things in the world. Time is relative, you know, and the path to "healing" twists and turns differently for everyone. Don't deny your grief; you're entitled to it. I would take it as a personal favor, however, if every day you made a conscious effort to find something new and beautiful that makes you smile. *hugs*

I have days like that where I am just putering around and bingo it's 5 pm and I look around and ask myself exactly what did I do today? Ar my age, it's the years that seem to fly by much too fast! Our BFF's son turns 30 on Mon and I remember whenhe was born - aaack - iz turnin intu an old ladee :)
