Query: Are you interested in filling your collectibles sets? Are you willing to gift your extras so that other CFs can fill their sets? I see that NCcharmer has already given you directions on how to gift an extra. With me, you may not see my name on your list because it's close to the end of the alphabet. For example, my list stops in the middle of my "R" Cheezfriends. If I want others past that, I type in either the CF's name or just the first letter, going through the rest of the alphabet. For example, if I type "S" in that box above the list, all my CFs whose name begins w. that letter show up. If you are interested in collecting, I'll help you. I'm helping several CFs w. filling their sets. You can gift one collectible per day to a CF. Then I or NCcharmer, or other CF can pass that collectible on to a CF who needs it. In other words, several CPs have loosely formed a "Collectibles Co-op/Coalition" to act as (instead of Pony Express) a Collectibles Express. If you don't have them promised, I have other CFs who need the Cocoa, the Cardboard Box, and/or the Elf Shoes.

People work differently, but I try to keep it simple. You click on the icon of what I tell you I need. Then you click n it again when you see you have "2", you will see a little box like a present, click it, type in my name. and send. After you get comfortable with that, I can show you how to help your own friends.

You should have 20 but when I go to your site, I don't see that you have any. You should go to contact us at the bottom of this page and ask customer service where your coins are. They will replace them. We have a whole month. When you get them, contact me and I will tell you how to use them. Thanks for asking.

I made this one quickly - redo or make another if you wish. I actually prefer the other one w. hubby, but he had just hit his arthritic elbow - hence the look of pain on his face! Two are of the same pic, I just edited them in different size frames. Especially w. having Essential Tremors, I'm really pleasantly surprised that the lady got even 1 pic w. me smiling & not having bug-eyes ;-p http://cheezburger.com/WatogaSP/lolz/View/5685079552

Looks like we need to "batten down the hatches" for our next storm. http://forecast.weather.gov/MapClick.php?CityName=Snowshoe&state=WV&site=RLX&textField1=38.4091&textField2=-79.9957&e=0

Just letting you know that we just got in. Hubby didn't want to go anywhere -except straight home - so that's what we did. some of the roads like btwn the VA line & Frost, WV, Minnehaha Spgs, WV, etc still were snow/ice-covered. Sooo good to finally meet w. you. I'll get the pics to you tomorrow- inc.of sleeping hubby & his sleeping BeaglGer. Shorthair mix dog the way I found them when I returned to the truck after my last appt. Neither of them even knew I was anywhere around! BTW: The hemo-oncol. tests showed good results & the viist w. that dept's NP went fine, so no more appts w. UVa until late June/early July.

We're still planning on leaving at 5 am. The VDot website now shows only mild snow & ice to Monterey, where last night it showed severe weather conditions. I'lll e-mail you our cell phone #, although I leave it off when in certain med ctr areas. If I don't get time to e-mail it, I'll call you with it after we get there. Looking forward to meeting you in person.

We both hate to have to cancel/reschedule appts, especially at the last minute, but we probably won't know what road conditions to expect until in the early morn. hours. If we do drive over, we'll leave abt. 5am.

BTW: Hubby just returned from being out. He said that the roads are *very* slick, even w. the small snow accumulation. There's evidently a wreck on Elk Mtn (Rt. 219, main highway thru Pocahonts Co.) blocking the road. He said that if he didn't have 4wd, he wouldn't even try going up Woodrow Mtn., even tho the snow plow had already made one run. Also, school was 1st 2hr delay, then closed for the day. So, now we question going to my 3 (maybe 4) appts at UVA Med. Ctr. in Charlottesville. tomorrow, Tues, May 10th. My first appt is at 9:30, so we'd have to leave by 6 am even in normal conditions. I'll let you know more later tonight or early tomorrow if we can't drive over. Both of us are good drivers & experienced in winter driving, but you never know abt the other drivers. Around here, we have a lot of "pickers" - skiers- who drive in from the lowlands of WV or from out of state & have no idea of how to drive on slick roads. Often, they don't even have the right kind of tires, chains, &/or 4wd or all-wheel drive. In the police reports, almost all the accidents involve at least one out-of-county driver and very frequently, both drivers are from out-of-county. Ironically, that makes *our* insurance goes up!
