Hi psom!! I'm doing well. It was nice to have a long break over the holidays and I got to see my family and friends. Classes have been keeping me busy but I'm enjoying them so far this semester. Just got my internship sorted out for this coming summer (I'll be doing management consulting in Dallas and I'm so excited about it!). How are you and the girls? Hope the New Year is treating you all well.

It was great thanks! Good to have some extra time off. Hope your Monday is going well! We have an extreme case of the Mondays going around here at school after the long weekend since we can taste winter break... one more week of class then one week of finals to go!

Congrats on the Scratcher win- that must have been a nice Thanksgiving surprise. :) It's always nice to do nothing on a rainy day. Glad you could relax a bit! It's been nice to spend the past couple days in Dallas with my fiance's family. Still had studying to do but we did have a great holiday and also went to see The Muppets, which was really fun. Hope you and the girls had a lovely holiday!

We had a nice quiet one. Won $500. on a Scrathcer on Friday, so I spent part of Saturday at the market getting turkey 'n stuff. Rained all day Sunday so did nuthin! HOw's it with you?

Thanks! :) I did pretty well on the finals and have moved on to classes that are more intuitive for me which is nice (2 marketing classes, microeconomics, and operations). The quarters go so fast-- we only have 3 more weeks of class before the next round of finals! How is your weekend going? Do you have special plans for Thanksgiving?

That's so funny! I had forgotten that one of your bosses had a house in Lake Travis and that's crazy that we were both over there the same weekend. :) Glad to hear you girls had a wonderful weekend! Mine was good, lots of studying but some time to relax too. Have a great week!

Aifinkso too! Sounds like an excellent weekend of noms and fun. I'm busy studying this weekend but tonight my fiance and I are off to his parent's timeshare at Lake Travis (about a half hour away or so) for dinner. :) Enjoy the steak and hope the girls enjoy their catnip!

Nice to see a pic of you! My week's been pretty good-- feeling more or less ready for finals next week (I still need to study this weekend but I'm feeling like it's doable) and to be honest, I had a couple frustrating things happen this week but they seemed to balance out with random nice things (i.e. I didn't get asked to interview for an application-only marketing class/club that I was hoping to get into but later that day I won some knitting-supply money through a Facebook promotion- which is great since my $ is tight with school). How's your week been? Hugs to you and the girls.

Glad you and the girls had a great long weekend! It's good to have 3 days off once in a while! We don't have class on Fridays which is nice but we often have school or career-related events on that day, so I'm looking forward to next week Friday when I don't have any plans and will be done with finals! Thanks also for the taco cat! I sent you a catuccino to help you get through the morning. :)
