Just some appeal? For me, it has a whole heck of a lot of appeal! Hopefully you're not like the pretentious Parisian exchange students at my school…I'm not really a fan of most of them… Please, do introduce me to these series of which you speak. :) My French isn't as good as it used to be, but I'm always trying to improve it. Studying to become a teacher isn't incredibly horrible, but when it gets bad, it's BAD…as in coffee and cigarette-fueled all-nighter bad… also, do you have facebook?

Haha! I'm from the suburbs of Chicago. I've been interested in French/France/French culture ever since I was really young, and now I'm well on my way to becoming a French teacher! I'm actually studying abroad in Lyon next year, and I'm exceptionally excited. I've never been out of the country before, and I've dreamt about it for quite awhile.
