OMG, Officer Kitteh is so on the money! If you knew what a mess they made of the medical marijuana law we Montanans passed. Firebombing 'clinics'. 'Caregivers' ripping off other 'caregivers'. I wish I could send your lol to the local paper and lighten the mood.
