actually i didnt remember what worked for back pain we didnt have any strong pain reliever pills i didnt use anything for it i just went to bed so i wouldnt feel the pain its alot better now but i will remember ice and heat next time

on wednesday night i pulled a muscle in my lower back and i couldnt hardly sleep wednesday night and then thursday i couldnt sleep at all so i stayed up all night i wanted to cry both days cuz i was just so tired and my back was hurting
