I know what you mean about spending too much money! We have a store here called Michaels that sells arts and craft things and I went into a super store and they had walls and walls of beads!! If I hadn't had the 6 yr. old with me, no telling how much damage I would have done. He was so impatient (aren't most men when they go shopping with you?) I had to cut it short. Ohai! Those three kitteh paintings in the first page of your pics are yours? They are gorgeous! You have talent! - My classes were also in the evening, beads and metalwire every second Thursday, and on every (other week) second Tuesday evening we had a class where we made bags and belts and such using those little things from beer cans, the ones you open the can with. What on earth are they called in English? 'Klipsu' or 'klipsi' is the word in Finnish. - About beadworks. No, haven't sewn beads on cloth (so far), but I've done some peyote stitching. That's terribly time consuming. Just this winter I tried my hand in bead loom, but mostly I rather use beads in a string or wire. With silver coated copper wire, too. It's such fun. And all the different kinds of strings and wires, and o-mai, beads, pearls, stones! I think I have put far to much money in those, even if I've had this hobby for about a year and half.

WOW!! U ben bizee!! I take an art class every Tuesday at the community college here. I paint cats. Take a look at My Pics and you'll see some of my work. Beadwork? I make my own jewelry, but I'm no designer. Do you do beading as in sewing beads? That's very tedious. So it's back to work on Monday? I'm more or less retired. I'm getting ready to take early retirement to get my Social Security. Since I hurt my back, I'm limited in what I can do. I've gained weight from my inactivity, but it's much better now and I hope I can do more. I did get out in the yard today and did some work. My back is hurting, but I enjoyed it so much. Hugs, Rena

Ohai! Been off work this week, had a vacation. :) Been finishing off a couple pieces of beadworks for the spring exhibition. Been taking evening classes again in the local adult education center. - There are no entrance examinations and you can study all kinds of things from languages to basic computer skills to all kinds of crafts and arts, dancing, etc, etc. People can make wishes and if enough peeps are interested and there's enough money from the government, a new class may begin. The fees are pretty much affordable that way.
