Before the move, I'll be flying back here to help Rick get everything ready for the movers and then we'll drive out with both vehicles as planned before. It's just that, with the CCM being denied, *some*thing has to be done to give fil proper care until we can get out there permanently. The girls will have this as a "bonding time" with Sweetie. :)

I'm going to try teff flour, combined with oat flour and, for the necessary gluten, only 1/3 the amount of unbleached AP flour.
I understand the blech thing!!! This up and down weather is kinda like mood swings, eh? *I* am still going to the gym. *He* thinks he can do what he needs now just on the weekends. *rolls eyes* For the bread, there are a couple of different flours at Bulk Barn that might be worth a try to combine for lightness, yet still give a good structure.
Hi Lady!!! How's yerself? Got a good chuckle today when I went to the Alliston Bulk Barn... The clerk said "oh, you're the bread lady, aren't you?" I go in every couple of weeks for my yeast and flour and the same clerk seems to always run my purchases up. She said I've educated her a lot about homemade bread and she's actually started making it for herself since she realized it really ISN'T rocket science. :D
End of Feb. I think. His Sgt. spoke to me today about it... I told him I'm trying my damnedest to get him to the gym. I went, by myself, after lunch. *His* excuse today was "too much work to do". *sigh*

Nobody was hurt and that was the only duty we had on the books!!! As it stood, Sweetie and a couple of others were going to cover that duty, but not me. I'm sidelined until I have a pain-free thumb again. How's yerself this week?
Did you catch on the news last night about the heavy machinery falling thru the ice at Huntsville? At least now, we don't have to do THAT St. John Ambulance duty for the next 2 weekends!!!
Ohai, val! This is about the LoL I did about NorahNell. It turns out that an atmousphere of controversy has been stirred up. - One of the cheezpeeps left a comment the LoL that "Robert" has turned the notice into a place for a tantrum. That has made me decide to wait a few days and then go thru and delete all the comments that contain any reference to that discussion - which means that your comments will get deleted. I'm sorry to do that to you but I want the lol to be about NorahNell - not a 23 year old socially awkward penguin.

Would you believe Alliston only got maybe an inch of snow?!?! Just 5 miles down the road from Base Borden and *pffft*. Not even anyone really needing to shovel their walkways!
