(Nope. Out of the elite group: Carpe Noctem and Wreaking Bull are both 100% normal, Shadow Blaze is a vampire, but not a psycho. Though many of the other Shadowbolts are vampires, lycans, cannibals and other stuff like that.)

Trust me. It is not. It can construct buildings, which in turn construct offensive and support units, or it can construct buildings like shield generators, mass extractors, Power Generators, Mass convertors, Research Stations, Experimental Gantries, and such.
