We have all had our fair share of crazy neighbors and roommates. It's an unavoidable part of life, and it definitely builds character. Some neighbors, however, are definitely crazier than others. Some will spy on you, steal from you, even try to rent out your room when you're gone for a weekend (I'm possibly speaking from personal experience). If someone's literally insane, the sh*t they can pull is endless.
