Woman Complains About Lousy Customer Service, Gets Called A Karen

The term "Karen" gets thrown around a whole lot these days. It's grown to be the go-to name to assign to anyone who insists on being a terribly entitled, straight up nasty human being to folks that are working customer service jobs. With all that being said, it seems like this woman was wrongly called a "Karen." She was dealing with some genuinely poor customer service, and decided to call the company out on it.
