And just like that, we're back at the starting gate getting ready for the race which we call work week. With the year almost over and the holidays just around the corner, we may be compelled to give in to our burn out but we're here to remind y'all to hang on just a little longer. Listen, we're not saying don't listen to your inner needs. All we're saying is don't lose sight of the finish line. 

Every single year, we make New Year resolutions and set out goals for the upcoming year. And while 12 months may seem like a long time, it flies by pretty quickly. So it's important that we give everything we've got into making sure all those points are checked off from the NY resolutions list. All you need is a little pick me up, and a little motivation.
