Cat Helps Owner Rescue Their Other Cat By Leading the Way to the Lost and Injured Feline, Happy Ending Ensues

Indoor cats are exactly as they are called: meant for the indoors. Maybe they were once found outside, but they have since been domesticated and are now too soft for the outdoors. However, cats are curious creatures, as we all know well, so sometimes even after they've become indoor felines they get a call back to the wild.

This is what happened to Callie and Mittens. These two cats were rescued off the streets and have since become indoors cats. However, one day the two decided to go back and adventure in the outdoor world again. Their humans were extremely worried and found Callie immediately. However, the other cat, Mittens was lost all day. Finally, after dark, out of desperation the humans took Callie outside to help them find Mittens.

Miraculously, Callie led the way and took them straight to where Mittens was! It turns out this cat went back to the old feral cat colony he used to live at and got in a cat fight. Mittens was found injured and trying his hardest to make his way home, but was struggling. Luckily, Callie and his humans had his back and didn't stop searching for him.

Because of the cat Callie, Mittens was rescued and immediately taken to the vet. He was dirty and covered in bl0od. Luckily, he looked worse than he actually was. He needed stitches and had a sprained ankle, but other than that he was in high spirits and happy to be back home.

The owner doesn't say if these two cats are technically bonded, but after seeing this, it would seem so. If it wasn't for Callie, Mittens would be in a lot bigger trouble. Now, he is home and healing and ready to fully commit to the indoors as an indoor cat.
