Some people really can't take 'no' for an answer, and that was the case for this person who declined a job offer, only to be called multiple times by the same person who was shouting at them to turn up for their shift.
But let's backtrack for a second. The person in question is called OP — OP had a second interview for a marketing position at a new firm, and the interview went well, leading to a trial shift. It became very clear that the job wasn't actually marketing at all… instead, it was door to door sales, which OP hadn't signed up for. The people who showed up to the trial were told to lie to consumers about being salaried, even though they weren't…. it was a job based on commission. You sell the product, you make money. You don't sell the product, you don't make money. Simple as that. Well, OP wanted to be able to count on their monthly paycheck so they opted out, declining the offer. That's when things got weird.
