That’s It, I’m Bird Shaming. 30 of the Worst Birds Nests Ever Constructed

There are bad builders… and then there are pigeons. You know, those city-dwelling sky potatoes who have somehow survived for centuries despite having the architectural instincts of a damp paper towel. While some birds are out there crafting luxury condos out of moss, twigs, and fairy dust, pigeons are like, "Here's a bottle cap and a cigarette butt. That should do it."

To be fair, they used to live on cliff edges where all they had to do was not roll off the ledge. Evolution didn't exactly nudge them toward better design skills. Fast forward a few million years, and they're still casually dropping eggs on air conditioners, traffic lights, and occasionally a pile of old pizza crusts.

These 30 nests are so hilariously bad, you'll genuinely wonder how any of these birds made it past the first generation. We're talking two sticks balanced on a cable, nests built on active train tracks, and eggs precariously perched on an AC unit on the 12th floor. Is it tragic? Is it genius? Is it performance art? Honestly, we don't know anymore.
