We call them 'Poor Knights', others may know them as 'French Toast'. You get 'Rich Knights' by adding not only jam but also whipped cream on top. Had to resort to an online pic as I unfortunately lack white sweetbread or 'pulla'... Maybe tomorrow, omnomn
