HR Woman Asks If She Can Reject Qualified Candidate That Her Ex-Fiancé Cheated With

A woman working HR asked Redditors in a recent AITA thread, whether or not she was a jerk for wanting to reject a qualified candidate on the grounds that this person hooked up with her cheating ex-fiancé. Sounds like a solid case of conflict of interest, and that everyone would be best served moving forward down separate paths. Can't imagine this hiring would make for a healthy workplace environment.
