Comedian Pretends To Be Customer Support, Trolls Customers On Companies' Facebook Pages

UK-based comedian Wesley Metcalfe goes around trolling angry customers by pretending to be "customer support" on companies' Facebook pages. It seems to be convincing enough to actually fool some people. The best is when the actual company account tells everyone that they blocked the fake support account, and nothing ends up happening.
