Hi, thanks for you kind message ;) Nice to see someone who knows Life on Mars and Ashes to Ashes! My favourite character is Gene Hunt, what a strong and funny character. I'm at season 3, I only miss 3 episodes to finish the whole serie and I must admit that it is quite fascinating and that I'm asking many questions about the plot! Good choice for Tom Baker, what a perfect Doctor ;) Equilibrium is a beautiful film. Maybe they didn't get all the money they deserved to make it, so it is a little bit cheap sometimes, but the cast is just perfect and the plot is beautiful. Emotions are very important for humanity, it is what makes us feel alive, even if some emotions are destructive. Governments try to manipulate us in order to enslave us. In Equilibrium, it is the fact that emotions are strictly forbidden, in our world, it is the mainstream culture that destroys differences and the dumbing down of citizens. You'll discover that in this film ;) This film completely sticks to my convictions about feelings, knowledge, culture and their importance in our daily struggle to gain freedom. Hugs :)

Jsut remember, we have a lot of rain up here - that's what keeps it green. But I agree the mountains here are ossum - both the Olympics and the Cascades. LOL I never thought of it that way - fashion opportunities. I have a friend who did a 3 year "tour" with civil service in HI and she does love clothes and found the hot humid climate limiting also. We do like to travel, but right now cuz grandkidlets are growing up so fast, we're sticking around the West Coast and doing stuff with them. A couple of more years and they will be in their ignoring everything but their frens mode. The first cruise we want to take is the Inner Passage to AK for sure. Bunday hugz.

Amber27, thanks btw for freinding me. My husband and I have had IWs for 25 years. We usually keep between 5 and 7. Right now we are down to just two. IWs in general are a very devoted dog. They will lay down their life to protect a child. but are not at all a "protective" breed. I can tell you many stories of IWs who let the burglar in the house but wont let him leave. They dont care about property they care about behavior- if that makes sense. They are not as comic a personality as say a great dane, but they are not worriers either. what is there to be worried about when you are that big? I do love them dearly and if you are actually interested in them I can send you to a number of really good websites to learn more. Oh and I am always looking for collectibles, so if you have a trade in mind please say something. Bunraite

Hai, thanks for the fren request and happy to accept. Another fan of Firefly :) I was not pleased they only made one season. I've always wanted to visit Miami but have only been to No FL - St. Augustine. I don't have a lot of frens and try to keep up with them as best as I can, but I always respond to msgs.
