Miami is #1? Geez, that IS scary! It's not too bad here. Of course, Little Rock is way smaller than Miami. There was one incident last year where two guys were going at it and crashed. A lady and her daughter in their own car got caught in the middle of the wreck and were both killed. Both guys survived just fine, dammit, but thankfully they were both sent to prison. Isn't that awful?
