Go to the tab just before YOUR LOLs (Pics). At the top, it will say file (you go where you have them on your computer, find the photo and click either open or save (I can't remember which). When it shows in the box, click on UPLOAD (it akes a while). Before you upload it, you can put who took the picture and set it so everybody can caption it, or only you. Hope that helps.
