if I had the money I would adopt all the animals in the shelter.But here's the thing. I can only afford my 5 critters. I have only my disibility check coming iun right now. iIt doesn't stop me from rescing. I find that a lot of people don't care that these are living, breathing, emotional "poeple" but then I see some who will save them so it's sort of half/half.

I am so sorry for your loss. 2 years ago I had to put to sleep my 23 year old named Winnowill. She chose me when she was 4 weeks old. I had gone to a friends' house to see the new kitties. I was sitting on the floor and she climbed out of her kitten box, crawled to me, got on my leg crawled up my shoulder and went to sleep on my neck. I had 3 kitties already so I gave her a kiss and put her back in the box. She got out and did the same thing again. Kelly said, you've been chosen. I said I know so when she was weaned she came home with me. She developed epilepsy When I took her to the vet for the last time the vet discoved her heart wasn't working properly. I couldn't bear to see her go through sesures. The meds didn't seem to work. Before she went back I kissed her told her I loved her and I'd see again in heaven. I have the ashes of 4 of my first Charleston kitties in urns on my room. I now have 3, Ming toy, Monica and spooky. I know what you are going through. hugs lizzyrose

I grew up on a farm and had up close encounters with these nasty tempered critters. I had one have babies in my storage room outside. The babies were cute but the mama..uh nope. couldn't get to your site. Where are you?

Hi Annie, I do but I can't upload anyfing right now cuz my computer's gone kaplooee. I can get to this site though. I live on a farm and userally catch kittens to find forever homes for but for the last month all I've caught is possems and even a northerner can realize dis ain't no cat. Haha ;) Nice to meet ya.

LOL! Well who hasn't forgotten their password before?! I stopped having a bunch of different pw's...now same one for most everything...makes life easier on this old gal. ;) Thanks for the sweet words on my Daddy pic!! LOVE that guy!!
