oooh... Mountain lions are pretty from a distance! Never seen one myself, but there are cougars in Cascades. I live to close to the city to see anything bigger than a squirrel around here.

I may have to make that my next vacation spot. We don't have mustangs in my part of Colorado, just bison, moose, elk, deer, coyotes, and mounton lions. I've never seen a mountain up close, though, only as a quick flash across the road or glowing eyes behind the garage (kinda scary!).

It was an amazing experience. I'm happy to share it! I knew I would get excited when I saw my first wild Mustang, but I had no idea now much it would impact me. :)
