Same here. Sometimes I know there are messages sometimes not, and I don't always come to my page when I'm here. We did fine, tho. Nitwit kitteh SNORED through the storm, flat on her back. Not a nerve IN that cat! She didn't even flinch when the tree came down in the yard!

Ohai! I just now saw your message; for some reason it didn't show up as an e-mail. That system seems to be very inconsistent. I'm glad that you and your kitty weathered the storm OK. We have our share of evacuations and power outages here, but for totally different reasons. Here we lose power during snowstorms and occasionally have to evacuate because of wildfires. I have learned to pack up everything that is most important and load the car VERY quickly!

~waves floofy paw~ OHAI! yeah, it got very rough here, I"m only a few miles frpm the coast. Lots of damage, but not TOO serious. The worst was being without power with the temps in the 90's. Thank goodness our water supply was intact throughout.
