I'm not looking to bring back the "Simply" accounts, or the idea of it. I'm leaning more towards playing on the established tropes of role players in general. Would something like that have more potential?

Those accounts were, yes. But one thing that intrigued me was the whole meta concept of interacting with one's character, even if it dissolved into nothing more than a way to indulge in one's sick fetishes. The concept was cancer, but the idea has some potential
